Aachen Loft

This modern loft is situated on the outskirts of Aachen, Germany, on the border of Holland. Located on the top floor of the building, the loft is used as a holiday home during the summer seasons. With the existent structures and slanted ceilings, the objective was to maximize the space and allow for a flood of natural light to enter from the glass ceiling openings. We opted to create a natural and cozy feel throughout the loft, while implementing strokes of color and various design elements. The use of fluted glass and terrazzo tiles in the bathroom and bedroom add an extra unique touch to the space.
